The H1400 Linear Series features a minimalistic design, Polished or Satin Chrome finish with Frosted glass diffuser, and is available in a range of sizes from one- to five-lights. The open top provides ample up-light, while the bottom provides diffused down-light. Fixture is equipped with 5" disk to cover a standard junction box, but can be mounted without it.

Note: Halogen bulb(s) included.

vanity light looks better on the internet...

The light is great for the amount of light it emits for its small size, but it does not look like a $100 light. It is sort of flimsy looking, but it is nice as it emits an upward and downward brightness, that makes the ceiling look higher. I was not impressed with the finish of it, but it is good enough...

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I've had the 5-light model for over a year, and just (had) installed three 4-light models in a 2nd home. Everyone comments on their uniqueness. The brightness (you'd better install a dimmer) makes it a pleasure to groom without reading glasses! Our designer had originally specified it for the first house, and after weeks of research for the 2nd house, realized we weren't going to find anything nicer, so went with the same light for all the bathrooms. You won't be sorry!

My electrician said this was nasty to install. I have the 2-light version. After just a day or so, the glass on one side shattered (not tempered) and fell in jagged shards after being turned off. Lighting Universe is getting me a replacement glass, THANK YOU for quick service!! Anyway, it's a little pricey... BUT - I really like the up and down illumination. It looks great - I have a round sink bowl, which is nice under that round disc part of the lamp. It really looks good in my modern bathroom and lights the mirror nicely.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
